The Consistent Execution Project
What I’ll be working on
One of the biggest problems I’ve faced is inconsistent execution. It’s the reason I stand here today without much progress to show from all my goals and projects. I’m not ashamed to admit this publicly—because maybe now, I won’t take working on it lightly.
My first win
I started in the creator business game in 2023, before I even fully knew what it was. I began by creating a digital course on how to achieve personal success through personal development. To be honest, it was a wonderful experience.
After the course was ready, I launched it. Within a week, I made my first sale and then a few more after that. God, I was thrilled and excited! This was my first internet dollar, earned from just my knowledge and my smartphone. Most of you can relate to that feeling.
And then the slowdown
Because of the impressive results, I kept my feet in the game for a while. But things started to slow down. Sales stopped coming in for a few weeks, and for me, that was a sign to try something else. So I did—though not entirely. I launched another course, this time teaching people how to make money from writing and selling eBooks. It got some sales too, but a few weeks later, the same thing happened. The course stopped selling. I tried to create something new again, but at that point, I was out of ideas. So what did I do? I just stopped putting effort into advertising my products. In due time, I stopped entirely.
The cycle repeats
A few months later, remembering the results from my first attempt and the potential of what I’d done, I decided to go back and try again. But by then, I had completely lost my momentum, and it became very hard to bounce back. So I started a different project—to build an audience on Facebook. I was excited and went all in. After posting consistently for a while, I slowed down because—you guessed it—I didn’t see the results I expected. So what did I decide to do next? You guessed it again—I started another project. This time, I picked up LinkedIn and started building there. I hesitated for months but finally began. Again, results didn’t come as fast as I wanted, so my efforts slowed and I became inconsistent. Just a few months ago, I decided to try Substack and went through the same experience.
It’s with a sad but optimistic heart that I admit the struggle it has been for me to stick to one thing and see it through to completion without losing momentum along the way.
The pattern in plain sight
From the time I started to now, I’ve gone through the same pattern, which looks like this:
I get excited about an idea.
I imagine the future potential it has.
I start working on it enthusiastically.
Results don’t come as fast as I want.
The excitement fades.
Progress and effort slow down.
I decide to switch to a new opportunity.
My plan going forward
After reflecting on this, I came to a conclusion with two options: either declare this creator business thing isn’t for me, give up, and look for a job I’ll probably hate after one week—or get to the root of the problem and work on it.
I’ve chosen the latter.
I know there are a lot of pieces to the puzzle as to why I’ve been inconsistent and keep switching projects, but I’m willing to learn them all and come up with solutions I’ll implement. This will be my work for a while.
I’ll be sharing what I find as I go to keep myself accountable and to understand it more deeply. This will also make it possible for me to help others in a similar position.
You can follow this project—I’m calling it the Consistent Execution project—on LinkedIn, where I’ll be sharing shorter updates every day, and here on Substack, where I’ll go into more detail.
Final thought
You can never stop learning how to continuously improve yourself so you can become the best version of yourself—for this is your life’s work. And it’s exactly what I’m doing.
My advice for you:
Commit to a culture of continuous improvement.

Thank you so much Moe.
The good news is that I've already started and it's coming along good.
